Tickets MAY NOT be exchanged without 48 hour notice. No exchanges will be able to be processed on day of show. Winter Fun Passes are not eligible for exchange. Ludus does offer Refund Protection, but you will need to contact them about this protection. We would only refund tickets should CTP cancel a performance. Thank you.
